MEET THE MAGNETS - WED. 9/30 - VIRTUAL CHOICES

Hi AMAZING Students and Parents,
 
Are you thinking about what high school to attend next year? Here is a great way to look at A LOT of fantastic high school magnet programs. Look at the attached flyer for a virtual meeting of the incredible choices you and your parents can make. 
 
School Choice opens October 1st, so please attend if possible.
 
 

How to subscribe to Schoology if you have not signed up yet

Parents - please register for Schoology through the Parent Portal (if you have not already done it)

This assignment is for parents to register their account in the Parent Portal for Schoology access. The Parent Portal is the "door" and Schoology is the place where grades and assignments are kept.

Parents should have received two mailed letters from the district detailed pin code and account information.

GRADING - What's up to date, needs to be graded, and is due by Monday 8/31

GOOD MORNING ROCKSTARS!

Let's make sure that our work is up to date!! I have graded all of the following:

1) Student surveys - I have now checked them three times and previously sent you emails if they weren't done. Now it is up to you.

2) Student nobelms.com subscriptions - You should have done these in class with me. If you have a "missing," you might have subscribed only to the page with my photo on it. YOU NEED TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE CLASS PAGE!

3) Parent Surveys - Parents, if you have not done these yet, please do those if possible by Monday, August 31st. I have graded those who have turned them in. THANK YOU!!

4) Parent Subscriptions to nobelms.com - Students - please show your parents how to do this. The parents should put in their own emails. Thank you.

NOT GRADED YET:

A) PARENT EMAILS: Parents, if you have sent these in, thank you. I am reading them and will respond as soon as I can. If you could please do these by 8/31, that would be great. If you need more time, please let me know.

B) VIRTUAL LOCKERS - Students, these are due by Monday, 8/31. Please email me or send me a private message in the Zoom chat if you are having problems.

WEDNESDAY 8/19 MEET AND GREET SCHEDULE - COME AND MEET YOUR TEACHERS!!

On Wednesday, August 19th, Students will log into Schoology and go to their Advisory (Homeroom) class. There will be some activities from the district posted that need to be completed, including a discussion post that will count for their attendance for the day.

At 1pm, there will be a meet and greet with the Nobel teachers, according to your student’s schedule. Teachers will post the Zoom meeting links in their classes. The schedule will be:

            1:00 – 1:10pm          Period 1

            1:15 – 1:25pm          Period 2

            1:30 – 1:40pm          Period 3

            1:45 – 1:55pm          Advisory

            2:00 – 2:10pm          Period 4

            2:15 – 2:25pm          Period 5

            2:30 – 2:40pm          Period 6
