2024-2025 Enrollment Instructions
New to LAUSD - Accepted students will need to provide the following to complete enrollment:
1. Enrollment Forms (Click here for the enrollment forms)
2. Proof of address
3. Birth certificate
4. Immunizations (7th graders need a TDAP)
5. Parent ID
6. Authorization for transfer of student records (Click here for the Authorization Records Form)
