CATS is a program of Dignity Health - Northridge Hospital. CATS is the only 24-hour/7-day per week program in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley's providing forensic medical evidentiary examinations and interviews at no cost to the child and adult victims of sexual and domestic violence.
