Welcome to Ms. Yu's English Class
My motto is "You never know what you can do until you try." Looking back, the challenges and the struggles I had overcome have taught me so much about myself and life in general. There were so many things I once thought I could never do but I did eventually because I persevered through them. Hence, I would have never known if I could do them until I actually tried them. In the same way, I want to encourage my students to have a positive, growth mindset (someone called it grit) in order to be successful in whatever tasks they are engaged and that they will never fail at anything until they give up.
