welcome to the LAUSD Parent Access support system portal or as we more commonly say what the LAUSD passport system will provide parents and Guardians 24/7 access to their child's data today I will show you step-by-step on how to register for an account create your password again and finally how to add your student let's begin by typing in the web address passport app. LAUSD dotnet forward slash Parent Access then press the enter or return key to continue click on register for an account it's important to provide the necessary information for each of the required fields type in your first name your last name and to your email in twice for security purposes please type in the code from the image shown then click on register where to submit once you have completed this step a notification is sent to your email to complete the account registration process please note this may take between 5 10 minutes your next step is to create a password once you received an email thanking you for registering click on activate your l USD account click here to begin before you begin the steps to create a password you must review The District's responsible use policy bulletin they click on the box to agree with the terms and conditions then click on the accept button it is important to know that if you decline the terms and conditions you will not be able to continue the process when creating a password you should first read the instructions for creating an acceptable password remember to write your password down and keep it in a safe place congratulations now you're ready to log in and connect with your child's information quick home then click on the passport logo and you're ready to log in enter your e-mail and the password you just created please review your account information if you would like to receive and electronic version of the LAUSD parent student handbook select yes and the preferred language then click saved now you're ready to go to the main page now you are on the main page where you will add your student click here to begin as you start the passport student retrieval process please read the instruction before you add a student make sure you have the following information she did ID number date of birth first and last name as it appears on school records next click on the add student button then carefully fill out the requested information student ID number student date of birth students first and last name exactly how it appears on their official school records identify Yourself by selecting your name and click this is me if your name is not listed please contact your child's school to access the information in meissen select your child's name then click finish button to continue next you will select and highlight the student name from the left column march to student then click on the top arrow and the student's name appear in the Box Mart selected student then click on Save You may continue this process until all your students are added when you successfully added their name should appear on the main page located under my student section now you're ready to review your child's information for more information visit our website at passport.
