Beyond the Bell Student Supervision Program

8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Only students attending the Hybrid in-person model and who indicated the need for Beyond the Bell (BTB) Student Supervision can enroll if they are going to be in attendance for 5 days.

All students attending BTB on days they are not attending the Hybrid in-person model, must fill out an application.  The application can be found at nobelms.com. 

Once filled out, please return the application to [email protected] or [email protected].

All students need to have a current negative Covid test within 7 days of attending to participate weekly. If an external test was taken (not by an LAUSD site), please be prepared to bring a copy of your negative result to participate.  Students will enter at the gate on the corner of Vanalden and Merridy to be screened. Please come with your daily pass already in hand to make this a smooth process.

Please come prepared to attend classes each day you attend BTB. 

REQUIRED:

• Assigned District Chromebook fully charged with headphones and charger.
• Mask

ADDITIONAL/SUGGESTED:

• Any necessary supplies to complete work (Pen, pencil, paper etc.)
• Water

Cohorts do not mix.  If Cohort H attends on Tuesday for the Hybrid in-person and school lets out at 2:30 p.m., Cohort H cannot go to BTB after school from 2:30-4:00 p.m. Cohort H must be picked up and go home at dismissal.

Drop-Off:  8:00 a.m. off Vanalden.  Enter through Vanalden Gate.

Pick-Up:  Parents are to park on Merridy.  There will be a tent at the front of the service road.  You will give the person your student’s name, and the student will be brought out to the parent.
